Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 09/23/2026

Angora (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you interact with our services, website, and third-party platforms.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Contact Information: such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

  • Social Media Information: if you interact with us through Facebook/Meta or other social platforms, we may receive information including your public profile and contact details.

  • Usage Data: information about how you access and use our website, including IP addresses, browser type, and device information.

  • Other Information You Provide: the answers and details you submit through applications, call requests, surveys, or communications. Completed website applications and their answers are saved in HubSpot for review and follow-up, including applications that do not meet the initial budget criteria. Qualification is handled separately.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Directly from you when you provide it via our website, forms, or communications.

  • Through third-party platforms such as Facebook/Meta when you engage with our ads, pages, or campaigns.

  • Automatically through cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies when you use our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our services.

  • Communicate with you about updates, offers, and relevant information.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.

  • Analyze website and campaign performance.

  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: vendors that support our website and customer workflows, including Framer for website hosting, Typeform for applications, HubSpot for call requests and customer records, and Zapier for workflow processing. Analytics and advertising providers may also receive website event data as described below.

  • Legal Requirements: if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use services needed to operate this website, process applications and call requests, and remember privacy choices. Where our regional privacy settings and your choices permit, Google Analytics measures website visits and completed actions. Google may receive page and event information, identifiers, IP addresses, and browser or device details. Our configured conversion-event fields do not include your name, email, phone number, budget, or application answers. Those answers are handled separately through our application and customer-management services. Meta website tracking is disabled for this release. Playing an embedded video loads content from its provider.

6. Your Choices

We use your contact details to respond to your application or call request. A call request asks our team to follow up; it does not book an appointment. You may opt out of promotional communications using the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by contacting us directly. To disable our optional website tracking on this browser, open Privacy choices and select Disable optional tracking. Use regional defaults restores location-based settings; it does not override Global Privacy Control when your browser sends that signal. Your choice applies to this browser, so repeat it on other devices or after clearing browser storage. Disabling optional tracking does not prevent you from applying or requesting a call. You can also manage cookies in your browser and advertising preferences through services such as Facebook/Meta Ad Preferences.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights over your personal information, such as access, correction, or deletion. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email below.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date revised accordingly.
