Angora (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an internal software application that integrates monday.com with QuickBooks Online (the “Application”) to automate invoicing workflows. This Privacy Policy describes how the Application collects, uses, stores, and protects information.

This Application is used internally by Angora and is not made available to the general public.

1. Information We Access and Process

Through authorized API connections to QuickBooks Online and monday.com, the Application accesses and processes the following types of information:

From QuickBooks Online

  • Customer information: names, email addresses, billing addresses, and customer IDs

  • Invoice information: invoice numbers, line items, amounts, dates, and statuses

  • Payment information: payment amounts, dates, methods, and associated invoice references

  • Company information: company name, realm ID, and connected account metadata

From monday.com

  • Item data including customer references, billing details, and workflow status fields used to trigger invoice creation

2. How We Use Information

Information accessed by the Application is used exclusively to:

  • Match customer records between monday.com and QuickBooks Online

  • Generate invoices in QuickBooks Online based on monday.com data

  • Record payments and update related records

  • Maintain accurate financial and customer records for Angora’s internal accounting

We do not use this information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the operational needs described above.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share information accessed by the Application with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Information is only transmitted between the following systems as required for the Application to function:

  • Intuit QuickBooks Online (https://quickbooks.intuit.com)

  • monday.com (https://monday.com)

  • n8n, the workflow automation platform that orchestrates these connections

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Angora or others.

4. Data Storage and Retention

The Application does not maintain a separate persistent database of QuickBooks or monday.com data. Information is accessed in real time through APIs and used to perform the specific operation requested (such as creating an invoice).

OAuth credentials (access tokens and refresh tokens) used to authenticate with QuickBooks Online are stored in encrypted form within the n8n credential store. These credentials can be revoked at any time through the QuickBooks Online account settings or by disconnecting the application.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information accessed by the Application, including:

  • Encrypted transmission of data using HTTPS/TLS

  • OAuth 2.0 authentication with token-based access (no stored passwords)

  • Access restricted to authorized Angora personnel

  • Regular review of connected applications and credentials

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Because this Application is used internally by Angora and processes business records of our own company, this section primarily applies to customers whose information may be processed by the Application.

If you are a customer of Angora and would like to know what information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion, please contact us at info@joinangora.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted at https://joinangora.com. The “Effective Date” at the top of this Policy reflects when it was last revised.
